On July 7, the Didascalio Cristo Rey Technological Institute, in coordination with Sister Josefina Serrano Hospital and Antonio Lorena Hospital of Cusco, carried out an important Blood Donation Campaign aimed at helping maintain an adequate blood supply for patients in need of medical care.
This initiative was a powerful example of solidarity and commitment to the community. Ninety-nine percent of donors were students and teachers from Didascalio Cristo Rey, who generously responded to the call to help those most in need.
Thanks to this campaign, the culture of voluntary blood donation was strengthened, promoting values such as empathy, social responsibility, and service among young people. Every donation represents an opportunity for life for patients facing emergencies and complex medical treatments.
We thank all participants and the healthcare institutions that made this campaign possible, demonstrating that together we can save lives and build a more compassionate community.
